Horse Creek Entertainment AB (publ) was founded in 1989. The Company has its core business in VoD, sales of DVDs and sales of movie rights of more than 1,000 titles in different windows (as theatrical, video, payTV and pay-per-view).

Business sectors
Horse Creek Entertainment AB (publ) is divided into three different divisions.

These are:

• HomeTV (Video-on-Demand thru streaming, VoD, Download To Own, DTO)
• Sales of DVDs
• Sales of Film rights

Technology and quality
The movies are shown in the same quality as DVDs in widescreen with 5.1 surround sound (one speaker in each corner + one in the middle + one base speaker). The HomeTV plattform is one of the fastest and most reliable on the market. Today the consumer can get the best technology and quality on the market by choosing to use www.hometv.se with broadband up to 3.0 Mbits compared with the best competitor providing 2.2 Mbits.

HomeTV ( www.hometv.se and other domains ) is an entertainment portal on the internet and has the following supply of services:

• Movies via Video-On-Demand (Streaming, rental video) Download to Own (legal down loading, retail video)
• Entertainment news from around the world
• In the nearest future: Concerts, Mpeg 4, HD, HD Live, Mobile and IP-TV

HomeTV started in Q3 2006 in Sweden and Norway. Other markets to be launched in the nearest future.

Rights
Distribution agreements have been signed with Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros., Scanbox and Pan Vision.
Negotiations with other American film companies are in progress and distribution agreements are estimated to be concluded by 2008/2009.

In addition to all content mentioned above are all Horse Creek Entertainment’s movies shown, where 100% of the revenues goes to Horse Creek Entertainment AB (publ).

Negotiations are taking place with different gaming companies. Mostly among gambling in poker, casino and sports. A deal with the online company Hembingo.com was signed in April 2008 which gives revenue directly to the company for games generated through HomeTV.se

DVD products
Horse Creek Entertainment AB (publ) sells films on DVDs to the rental and retail markets.

Film rights
Horse Creek Entertainment AB (publ) owns more than 200 film rights.

The company sells screening rights for TV to all of the big TV stations in the Nordics, like Viasat and TV4. The rights are normally sold for a period of two years.

In a few years the digital distribution forms of streaming and electronic sell-thru will take the majority of these distribution forms.
